I couldn't comment on a deal with Spirit as I have no idea what the plant is like and the liabilities it holds.  250M could be great, it could be a joke I have no idea

Why would we build a plant in a heavy pro union laws with anti scab protections when we could build in Georgia or other LCOL place.  There is a reason why Airbus and Gulfstream operate in Georgia and there is plenty of skilled labor there too and the labor cost is low.  Look at what the unions did to us earlier this month.
