RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:.....Oh my friend. This is as quixotic a sentiment as can be. It is not the case that "A project like cre cannot do otherwise than succeed."
You might be right, that we will be happy in a few months/years . . . it is also entirely possible for this company to tank through via internal and external factors.
We can't do much about external factors. The market is what it is. Construction is frought with risk.
We can, howver, expect the managemen ot this company to make wise decisions to protect our investments in the face of those market conditions. It is easier to let this company fall apart than to make it succeed. That's why we employ experts in the field like Haber.
I believe they will pull it off AND I am deeply disappinted in their performance since getting the provinincia permit.
I only hope that they are agressively looking for a partnership / financing situation that will further derisk this project and get some value back for shareholders.
