DId you bother reading the article?  To me it looks like Armoyan is more concerned with furthering his own interests rather than being the "activist" investor championing the underdog. I'm sure some laws are being broken here.  But you know what? He only holds 20% of the units, 60% of unit holders are not insiders and he and his buddies can be booted out at the next AGM.
