An idea

In my fixed rate (bonds) portfolio, I added some pref. shares (BBD.PR.C) last month. At a 7,7% return rate (at current price) , with quarterly distribution it is a real deal.
In a reducing rate environment and with the new financial strengh of Bombardier there is no risk.
