That preliminary mineralization estimate is unlikely to be sufficiently proven up this year.
NGC has no new graphite reserve until all that drilling is completed and assays data attained in support of the preliminary exploration results. It's that simple GripnRip.
NGC has a nearest to entirely deppleted Lac des Illes historical graphite reserve and doesn't have any battery grade graphite offtake purchase agreements in place; nor would it have any of said kind and quality of agreements in place unless and until the merely proposed 8 year LDI mine life extention is actually indisputably confirmed. That takes a heck of a lot more than a mere $800,000.00 driling program.
As pertains to companies such as Northern Graphite Corporation most specifically, battery grade graphite material is no longer considered by the broader equities investment community to be "the new gold" (actual gold is always physical gold and I likes me my gold bullion).
Battery grade graphite's time had come and gone; now NGC has been relegated to the dustbin of TSX-V listed companies.
Predatory financing deals would be all that Hugues Jacquemin ET AL would be able to secure.
I wouldn't doubt that they would chose to tap Eight Capital for such predatory financing, lol!
