Arch Biopartners Inc. is a late-stage clinical trial company focused on preventing acute kidney injury. AB569 is an anti-infective candidate for treating or preventing antibiotic resistant bacterial infections, primarily as a topical treatment for wounds.

DPEP-1 binding compositions - Strong Patent

Arch Biopartners holds Patent 10,493,127 titled "Dipeptidase-1 Binding Compositions and Methods of Treatments". This patent is for the composition and method of use for Metablok/Lsalt. This is the first patent issued protecting the method of use for the dipeptidase-1 (DPEP-!) inhibitor, cilastatin, for ischemia reperfusion injury, where DPEP-1 mediated inflammation plays a major role.

Arch is currently 5 months into a Phase II AKI trial for Metablok/Lsalt.
