RE:RE:RE:help me out, please I find it laughable that they have $86 million worth of gold stockpile in inventory. On the books, of course they're showing it cost not market value.
They will be gut free by the end of Q3. And the $80 million worth of payables can be paid down. The company is now generating cash, but the market will not reflect it because of the country risk.
At some point, they're Going to be sitting on all that cash and can put a second line in production. At some point, you can't ignore the cash generation. I continue to pick up shares when I can… In my mind the Stock is trading at about 2 1/2 to 3 times cash flow… I'll take that bet with the country risk. Similar companies with country risk like calibre or trading at multiple that are five times more.. They keep generating Opportunities for the existing mine With a spoke and hub approach At the existing mine.
I anticipate that they will put a second line into production. The stock is 10 times undervalued in my opinion. But there is country risk.
