RE:looking to buy here .... I added to my position on Friday morning.  Think it has lots of potential and big reserves.  The problem, and there are always problems is location.  Government not that stable and issues with the local population.   Also low or high water levels for transportation but several of the issues have been addressed in the last 12-24 months.  
I just feel there is solid upside with TAL buying back shares and the potential for more dividends.
Everything has it's risks and this is my one investments which has more risks than my other more boring investments.  
I added more and won't loose sleep over it.
