RE:Financing explanation?This is my understanding. A Warrant holders will have 60 days to exercise warrants following an 8k SEC filing of biomarker results by Promis. This will be biomarker results for 7+ biomarkers done on patients monthly for the first six months of phase 1b. If PMN 310 is having an effect on patients, blood biomarker readouts would be showing improvements. About six months after this, Promis will announce clinical results with another 8k filing. B warrant holders would have 60 days to exercise these warrants after the SEC filing.
