That's about the value of a shell with nothing in it. Maybe even less if there are backers with knowledge and experience. So if it comes back as 200 million at 2 cents, or 20 million at 20 cents, or 2 million shares at $2.00 it's mathematically irrelevant. But then math is a difficult subject for some. It's not a math thing, but some investors just won't put cash into a stock with 200 million shares at 2 cents. But there are also those that won't invest if there is only 2 million shares outstanding and a $2 stock price. Some people think a 2 cent stock is "easier" to double to 4 cents than a $2 stock doubling to $4. To anyone rational, it's pointless to do a rollup, or not to. It's a bizarre debate.
But then again, repeating the same complaints 1000s of times is also pointless. But buying millions of shares despite posting for years about the impending doom of the worst company ever run by dishonest people, and never ever selling a single share ??? .....that's a whole nother level of bizarre.
I just won't to stick around to see if this thing survives or not.
