Stalking horse deal by SNDL

Stalking horse deal by SNDLis just an old creative tool conjured up by new generation management to quickly assume assets and control from invested shareholders.

The fact that deals were done by SNDL to position themselves to hurt Indiva shareholders and convert value to their benefit is concerning and I have been stung by this kind of behavior with several small cap investments.

Common shareholders need an ombudsman that can chime in on these deals or arrest them.

Indiva was making the payments and SNDL instigated this move for control by calling a serviced loan.

I guess the lender has first right but whatabout WEED who are the largest shareholder and last I heard, a contractor for gummies for the Canadian market.  WEED is leaning and meaning out their deadweight assets but not opposed to investing in potential successful brands despite a cash flow problem to pull off their Americanization efforts through another complicated deal of a reverse takeover for Acreage and the creation of a new holding company CUSA to meld all of this together without drawing fire from US regulators.

Of course WEED's goal is the US marketplace but Wana gummies are one of those winning brands, in the right hands.

I don't like complicated deals as they rankle of marketmaking activity for personal gain from first shareholders, a conversion of wealth and potential.

I would welcome an independant watchdog scrutinizer with teeth, to cast an opinion on this type of deal because I see it as manipulation with intent and that is the way it has turned out for 4 or 5 of my investments that turned in to complicated deals that pocketed my equity.

The marijuana and hemp publicly traded companies are being smeared by these players with less integrity that have to come up with complicated, futuristic deals that has them slide in to control of assets of good potential.

Indiva had a whole support system of good reports and opinions until this stalking horse deal popped up.

Where is management integrity or is it just " win at all costs"?
