Shareholders = Owners

NXO = must provide updates to owners

The company doesnt get to say they will do 1 thing and then not do it and not update the owners of the company.

Well they can do it but then loose all credibility which will cause the collapse of the share price and make raising new capital impossible due to lack of trust from investors.

This is exactly what we are seeing now.
