South America is rife with corruption as well as political malfeasance.
Yes the change could put new wind in the sails of GRZ in a small part as the country would in about a year be looking for investment input and job creation.
The true key is for those who would be supporting the new Government to be active in the change.
This means the institutions of Venezuela would need to buy in with the help of other democratic countries.
South American neighboring countries need to be much more active in "supporting" the new build.
Perhaps even send a few million Venezuelans back to their maternal homelands.
Maduro and a few others would be looking to live elsewhere away from the Palacial life adorned in the gold begot from the blood, sweat and tears of its tyrannized citizens.
