REALLY SHOCKING ACTUALLY

Youd think by now they would have sold UK / US or Brazil portfolio has thats what they alluded to on the first strategic review update only 1 month after it commenced last September (with the dividend cut)

10 months and nadda

Big transactions have happened at least in the industrial space, and a 6% cap rate for healthcare seems reasonable now in the cycle, if not 5-5.5%.

That 8-9% debt needs to be paid off with a much stronger balance sheet, seems like a no brainer
