RE:What are the buyout rules?You couldn't buy 50 million warrants at 5 cents. For the same reason you couldn't buy that amount of stock, the minute that interest showed up in the market sellers would disappear. And yes I know the warrants have an expiry but mine would expire worthless before I would sell at 5 cents out of relief.

We've gone from reverse split to bankruptcy to a hostile takeover at 40 cents? Are there any other scare tactics?
