Adding almost 900 more units to BrightwaterAdding 900 more rental units on the land we already own would
- Add material value to the land density value
- Allow for faster building starts, as apartments are economically viable today
- Incralease future NOI projectsions

This SHOULD pass. Governments are pushing for density and housing. Not passing this would be the exact opposite of the political statements.
