RE:AgainSo the OFAC's decision to allow the sale of Citgo becomes easier if Maduro truly is the ultimate winner of the election (regardless of its legitimacy).

Everyone wanted to wait until the election.  The successful bidder for Citgo should be determined in two days.  Hopefully it will be announced by the court.
