Florida Canyon Gold Inc. is a Canadian junior gold producer with assets in the United States and Mexico. The Company's principal operating assets are the Florida Canyon mine in Nevada and San Agustin mine in Mexico. It also holds the El Castillo mine, La Colorada mine, Cerro del Gallo project, and San Antonio project (which is subject to an option agreement with Heliostar Metals Limited), all located in Mexico. The Florida Canyon Gold Mine area is situated in northwestern Nevada within the Basin and Range physiographic province. The San Agustin property is located approximately 10 kilometers southwest of the El Castillo Mine. The El Castillo property lies in the Altiplano Sub-province of the Sierra Madre Occidental region of Central Mexico. The Cerro del Gallo deposit sits within the San Anton property, which covers an area of approximately 20,270.17 hectares and consists of 13 granted, contiguous mining concessions. The La Colorada mine is under care and maintenance.

SpinCo is gone 

FC asset still there 

I made money overall holding for 18 months, up 50% once factoring Alamos shares 

People that sold at the lows can be pissed, same with long term holders, anyone with low 30s average couldn't care less what happens to FC after banking AGI and whatever money was accounted for SpinCo 

Key is not to loose money in this corrupt sector
