The way that Captiva shareholders benefit is for Captiva to purchase the shares of Solargram Farms from Wood and Leblanc as per the original agreement.
 
The same agreement that Ciachurski backed out of and caused the Solargarm lawsuit to be filed.
 
Then a prosperous farm would benefit the Captiva shareholders greatly.
