Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

.............."it's a sure bet it will at some point".............sounds something like the Wizard would say. Wanna tighten that up a wee bit. I think  Captain Crunch pretty much summed things up quite well here. Nice run from 3600, where were you?

To be clear, as I have stated in the past, tougher times may well lie ahead so one should always be wary and even nimble, but as Peter Lynch also said, you loose more money in fear of a pending drop sitting out waiting then you actually would had you been in. Case in point made by the good Captain.

As Kenny Roger's sang, "you got to know when to hold 'em, and know when to fold 'em"..............waiting for "theory" to finally take hold can prove quite costly, even for someone as smart as you think you are. Good luck all the same.
