The other good thing is they know each other.
From the NR
"Mrs. Sara Akbar, Chairman of the Board stated “We at Sonoro are pleased to welcome Mr. Renwick to the Company and to renew my working relationship with him in the MENA region"

So I wonder if it's her who brought him in...

Way I see it is wadsworth stepped in but wasn't the right CEO. He seems to be someone who done more developing and scaling rather than building an oil company or doing acquisitions.

just look at the Libya deal he was pursuing. Was a service deal focused on development.

Renwick on the other hand has a profile we need, and was clearly hand picked by Sara as well. I suspect the two of them to be working hand in hand and to strike quickly

The only good thing about this change is the increased involvement of Sara. She's decided to take a leadership role with Sonoro as Chair. Folks like her don't take lightly to their reputation being compromised so I assume we'll start to see some material development. Focus is clearly on MENA now. GLTA!
