RE:RE:RE:Cunningham X post--should be an interesting weekFordster,
Based on all the facts out there based on the:
1) Nonbinding expression of interest,
2) Status of Cunningham Natural Resources (HNRC), with a $1.5 million market cap and nonfiler with the SEC for years now, and its history in the public domain,
3) fact that HNRC and Cunningham mining are both run by Ryan Cunningham,
4) fact that Cunningham Mining, which is private co, has chosen to not disclose any financial information (HNRC has also not as they last filed audited statemens a few years ago with close to $0 in cash)
5) Promotional NRs from Cunningham on the "Nugget Trap" which does not exist yet nor is there even any hypthetical timeline in which it will be issued and raise $210 million or more,
6) Based on the nonbinding nature of the LOI, lack of any real penalty to Cunningham from not coming up with $210 millioin and/or any material consequence to them,
I stand by my opinion/prediction, based on the publicly disclosed, or lack thereof, facts above that we will not get 43 cents on Monday nor will will get a binding deal with financing in place. Why is that just an opinion? Cuz anything can happen in theory even if improbably........who knows, earth could be hit by a meteor before Monday and no one will be alive to even see what happens on Aug 5th!!!!!!!
If a meteor does not destroy earth this week and Cunningham coughs up $210 millio, I'll be jumpin for joy and the 1st to do a mea culpa..........................but that aint gonna happen....based on the facts.....imho.....

No audited statements ANYWHERE for YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!............look at SEC site............look at Nasdaq site............NO FILINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IMHO, the CUnninsham Nonbinding expression of itnerest will NOT end well..................likely some puffy "extensions"...................until the NOnbinding nonbid turns into a............nonbinding nonbid............
all imho
