Without the "communication" the auditors are supposedly obligated to provide (to whomever?) for protection of investors, such comments are just speculation. I hope this is all that is wrong because a lot of people arealso speculating "Stick a fork in it. It's done." 

Somehow, I don't feel very protected by either auditors or regulators on this stock. The antics just go on and on.
