When is this seller going to be done???

I see today Raymond James had more shares of MCB for sale @ $2.00, in larger quantities STILL.

What is it going to take to clean up this mess and get McCoy Global rolling again towards new highs, not sub $2.00 prices, as we head into the reporting period???
