Why ?

Why ? If the MOU was just the start of great things for Revo, if now millions and millions of revenue will flow through Revo, if Meridian/DKK look to list on NYSE.... if all these great things are coming, plus so much more.... then why is the stock red today ? Why is the stock just above a nickel ? Why is the volume less that 50,000 shares in over 3 hrs of trading ? Why?
