XRE finishes at $16.02, doesnt mean it cant flop again tomorrow.

I stand by my thesis that virtually all my 10 REITS were a lot higher in January, and only a few relatively close.

What happened to all that value? HR was $10.20 and is now 9.74

We need some solid earnings beats
