Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Dream office

Very easy target for Artis and DRM to hostile bid, not sure I care if comes in low (albeit not too low), so long as Artis can participate in some major upside in the next couple years as a result (I got 3x more artis than Dream Office)

~8-10m shares for D.UN at what $25 = 250m

Artis can redeploy 100m easy from asset sales/FCR and DRM is going to need to get creative with capital markets with an asset sale or two, dir sale or pony up some $ as well
