The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. CPI still running the show (unfortunately)

Anyone who doesnt think CPI and therefore bond yields are still running the show have not been paying attention to that past 3 years.

Now, I think we need to prepare mentally for an outlier report in the coming months. Do we get another 0.4 or 0.5% which would once agian roil financial markets and have the fed be like "here we go again", "hold the line", or do we get an outlier with a 0% or -0.1% M o M and have short curve go to 3% faster perhaps

Since we all know the game is rigged, place your bets, but whatever it is, bearish or bullish, its by design
