Thanks for reporting samydude.

With Writedown of goodwill and other intangibles DM will now show Net Tangible book value of less than .01 cent . As expected.

8 million ask appears to be pipedream for company with half cent book value unless M &A reveals business development. ( Which one would be interesting..
