Share Price: How much is funding worth?

Share Price: How much is funding worth?Good Morning all,
With the Fed holding interest rates and Harris pulling ahead of Trump in the swing states this fall will be very interesting.
Just to let you all know I will be gone most of Aug.  The wife and me off to London and beyond.  Don't post from my phone.  Fat fingers, to many mistakes.
Okay, the last mix sample was down to Dy 99.2 pure and needed to get to 99.8%.  Then they work on the Tb.  So, how pure does Tb have to be?
The last time I talked to Mark.  Quit rolling your eyes, Pip.  Mark does the best he can with the DOD and NDAs clamping down on info.  He said that Ucore was in final talks with two OEMs and that is who the samples are going to that DOD released.  Anybody know how big a sample needs to be for a full test?  Pat said that they were making kilograms of Dy.  So would a good sample size be a kilogram, 2.2 pounds?

Main question, how much is funding worth?  We have as many as fours sources of funding.  The two OEMs, DOD and the Canadain government.  The chances of Canada funding a plant in LA, I would think to be small.  So we got three sources before we the shareholders get tapped again.
From Pip's posts I say that Pip's guess would be 1 to 3 bucks with no spike.  Depending on the amount of funding.
Myself, I think that with partial funding we are looking at 2 to 5 bucks with a 1 to 2 day spike as high as 10.  With full funding either all DOD or DOD and OEMs together.  We are looking as 7 to 12 bucks a share, with a spike as long as a week and as high as 20 bucks.  With a outside chance of 25.
Pip and Rod will say that I am in dreamland but I would like to hear from other shareholders than those two.
What is your best guess?
Dragon
PS Yes, Pip.  Ucore started out with six OEMs.  As you have posted many, many times.  They are down to five with only two stepping up this round.
