Too funny, to say the least.
Reality check is that if on August 23rd at 1:30pm if both parties aren't walking through the court room doors and saying "We have a resolution for the City's growth that satisfies all and the water needs for all moving forward", then this year is done.
The fact the City is still continuing to pursue both their other litigations against the Water District give me a pretty certain feeling that is not going to happen.
Everything is currently in the District's favour so unless the opposing parties can come to terms "We'll see you in court." No loss for the district as the City (and Greenbriar shareholders) are picking up the costs.
I guess (once again) the two month timeline to be having shovels in the ground has been blown out of the water.
