Back of the napkin numbers. 

let's say 30,000,000 oz goldstorm deposit. 

let's say $150 in the ground and at these prices $2500 oz is incredibly doable. 

30,000,000 X $150 in the ground = $4,500,000,000
$4,500,000,000 - 80% = $900,000,000
$900,000,000 / 435,000,000 shares outstanding = $2.06 / share. 

and our first bid is .43 Canadian dollars is in my opinion is not a good sell. IMHO I'm sure management can get a better deal. I think there a lot of behind the door shenanigans cuz this just doesn't add up. Record high gold and we are selling at $30 in the ground. Mmmmmmmmm
just my opinion.
