You know their consolidated report only includes self reported figures by Canadian participants and access persons? If TMX simply uses the IIROC consolidated report data, then please explain why they get 15% float short figure right now (go see the AC quote page for proof). You're awfully gullable if you think only 4% of the float is short. There's a reason why G&M and Financial Post uses market data companies (S3 Partners) for source data instead of just the IIROC report.
