Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. back 2 the woodshedparamount... sea a lot or errors.... 1.   pala to take privare would require an offer and vote to the shareholders , and pala would have to abstain from vote.... now this wouldpossible cause a white knight to make a higher bid for company and again pala would have to abstain..... too risky 4 pala


2.  pala is knot out ofcash... they just elected to quit funding ncu.... ie... why keep providing 100 funding and you only own 60 percent....

3.  lorich and friends have emense resources to nake this bid..


4.   basically this gets then open pit and assest in 100 ownership ,
5.   they resigned from bored so they could bid for the assests...
