back 2 the woodshedparamount... sea a lot or errors.... 1. pala to take privare would require an offer and vote to the shareholders , and pala would have to abstain from vote.... now this wouldpossible cause a white knight to make a higher bid for company and again pala would have to abstain..... too risky 4 pala
2. pala is knot out ofcash... they just elected to quit funding ncu.... ie... why keep providing 100 funding and you only own 60 percent....
3. lorich and friends have emense resources to nake this bid..
4. basically this gets then open pit and assest in 100 ownership ,
5. they resigned from bored so they could bid for the assests...
