this is  news release by DM on June 13 2024 and deemed  important enough for New release .

Yet we  have  filed Financials and M & A with sedar today.

Where  is in my opinion far more important than June 13 2024 News Release. is News Release re Financials and M &A which affects future of DM more than two new  physicans????? (IMO)
