RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Good News  Although no price has been stated the following was part of the release:

the fair market value of the units of the Fund is in the range of $31.50 to $37.50 per unit, and the fair market value of the common shares of A&W Food Services NewCo is in the range of $32.00 to $38.00 per share

The big question is where will shares of newco trade? Will this launch like an IPO?
