so the question is how does casino fare on the "risk factors" relative to eagle?
obviously...selfishly I just hope the entire fiasco at eagle is related to management taking unnecessary risks....as that is something that I'd think a major developing casino would take far far fewer risks and that would be key point to make to regulators....
