This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

You mean besides the continued guided yield that beats a GIC by....almost double?

Remain on the sidelines and continue to hold BB.

You're right GICs are better. Not better than BCE but better than BB for sure. ;-)
