He Mentioned -- We are very comfortable with our debt level 1.  Yes because it only takes 14 days now of sales to cover the entire years interest cost.

2. Q3 will be like Q2 because they will pump 65K BPDE per day.  He said it carries on into Q3 the momentum.

Sell off today is overdone as usual.
