RE:From AP this afternoonAbsolutely nothing will change in VZ because the military brass are making a fortune on various corruption schemes.  Unlike Maduro, they can't negotiate a golden parachute deal;  they go straight to jail if the music stops.  The VZ people have no guns to rise up...it's the same old song and dance.  Wake me up in October...
