1 year of work to automate Candiac #1 to 2000tpa. What!?

And that's only after they announce they will start the work which isn't happenging anytime soon. Therefore we are not seeing 2000tpa at Candiac #1 unitl 2H 2026 earliest (and probably much later). Hmmm...who predicated that date previously?
