ACELYRIN, INC. is a late-stage clinical biopharma company. The Company’s lead product candidate, izokibep, is being evaluated in multiple immunologic indications, including hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and uveitis. The Company is also developing Lonigutamab for the treatment of thyroid eye disease (TED), as well as developing SLRN-517 in chronic urticaria. Izokibep is an inhibitor of anti-interleukin (IL)-17A in phase III development for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis, hidradenitis suppurativa and uveitis. Lonigutamab is a subcutaneously delivered monoclonal antibody targeting IGF-1R being investigated for the treatment of TED. SLRN-517, a fully IgG1 human monoclonal antibody designed to target a distinct epitope of c-KIT.
