Right now there is zero incentive for the company to support the SP and every incentive to look as poor as possible.  I expect nothing but for the SP to drop until a deal gets done.  Then, the buybacks, good announcements etc.

A lockout only occurs after the union members vote for a strike. So they are 100% responsible for their decisions.
