BOGUSIf someone told me last July, right after the fed and BOC hiked again, that...

"In 12 months, inflation would have moderated substantially another 1-2% to the 2% target range, the central banks just holding out to save face and be "super confident" or whatever, BOC delivers 2 cuts, and the economy is still chugging along with some GDP growth", and 10 year yields are basically the same,

but hey those CANADIAN reits would be what, 10% lower for retail and industrial , 25% lower for office 

what a freakin joke we all know it
