The Company is also engaged in developing MAU868, a monoclonal antibody designed to neutralize infection with BK Virus, a polyomavirus that can have devastating consequences in certain settings such as kidney transplants. The Company is conducting a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 clinical trial in IgAN, which it refers to as ORIGIN 3, and completing the open label extension of its Phase 2b clinical trial in IgAN, which it refers to as ORIGIN 2b.
