RE:Could there be a vote of no-confidence to the boardConcerning the timing of such a movement - would the next PP be such a moment if the for example Fortescue gets a cheap entry and further control. Also is there a mandatory take over proposal required if Fortescue gets more shares and controls the company? A failed take over bid supported by the board would in my opinion definetly lead to the  resignation of the board - I would assume, if the members if some kind of backbone.
