The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Unemployment rate rises to 4.3% !!!

The Sahm rule has been triggered and the US economy looks to be in a recession right now. 

The Sahm number is at 0.53% which has passed the trigger rate of 0.5%. Historically speaking, when this occurs, the unemployment generally rises to ~ 3% from trough levels.
