The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. RE:RE:First Nations - Says remove management of Victoria Gold Corpbadger,

Well spoken, good points,  I was thinking a few days on ago on the premiers news release  that he should get up there with co. shovels in hand and get to work instead of dissin everyone.

I beleive the one things missing in your notes is the fact that First Nations across Canada want to become business partners and that trend is already increasing, expecially in Oil & Gas & Pipelines.  It should not be a surpise if the First nations  want in as business partners in Mining too. It would not surprise me if that's the play for Eagle, but I would bet that movng forward it will come into play on all new mining initiatives.

JM had innovative financing well that can also be done by First Nations to the tune of 1B$ for what they want.

As a side bar there are 11 First NationsTreaties, interesting read is to see what and why they were created.  If one reads the "Breif Summary" it should be no surprise of why the partnership agreement movement is a foot.

To date the only FN lands that have been settlement is in Tsawwassen.  I can assure that FN has built a large modern shopping Mall and Mixed Rental and light Industial.  it's huge.

What, did Chief Hope not see or read the news interview of John McConnell yesterday where he described what they've been doing for the past 5 weeks?  Tails up and heads down!  Her call for the YG to initiate steps to remove VG management, especially now when an investigation into the cause of this incident is still pending is setting up FNs and the YG for good lawsuit.  Has she even been to the mine site in the past few days to see what all has been accomplished?   Just because VG has refused to build a berm and ground water wells on the advise of JMs experts becuase they have serious environmental and safety concerns, does she actually thinks that's enough grounds to replace VG management?

Anybody reasonable person could look at the work that has and continues to be done at the site to shore up the escaped solution and see that this management team has not been sitting idley by.  Yeah, makes sense to me, let's bring in a completely new management team because don't you know, they're going to do far better than the managment team that built and forgot more about this mine than the new management that would replace them.

Just when it looked like cooler heads had prevailed and YTG, EMR, FNs, and the company were finally going to quit pointing fingers and actually get down to resolving this, here we go again.  I'm guessing their FN's doom and gloom engineer is behind this latest move.  Unbelieveable is really the only words I can think of to describe the politics going on here when the real objective needs to be to work togther and get this resolved, and the sooner the better for all, including those hoping to now recover the $43 million in liens.  How many of those contractors and companies are probably going to not collect their money or even go bankrupt while the politicians continue to play politics.  I've got an idea, replace the politicians with real working people and we'll all see how fast this will get resolved.

My opinion only, please DYODD.
