RE:RE:FWIWI think the post below on the TokenSHam bears repeating:
AMK board decided to enter into a NONbinding LOI with a private shell (Nugget trap is a not a material asset in any way imho) that is part of group of companies led by the $1.5 million market cap Pink Sheet listed Cunningham Natural Resources (HNRC) which is a delinquent filier (no filings, including financials, in years) with a history of Pink Sheet like activity on a downhill ski run........
In the initial NR there was one small paragraph that reference the Nugget TOken.......it said AMK would be a great future addition to the Token............................nothing about the need to issue tokens to pay for AMK...
FOr AMK to enter into the LOI with a company with no means to raised close to 100% of the capital needed to enter a transaction is, imho, a serious breach of their fiduciary duties.......
And if Cunninsham is plannin on issuing tokens to fund the acquisition yet keep an economic interest in AMK assets net of what backs up the tokens, why should AMK shareholders NOT share in that??????? I get its pie in the sky as there will be no $210 million raised from the tokens, but if we suspend belief for a minute, we should be sharing in what does not go to token holders!!!!!
THIS HAS BEEN A RUMPER LUMPER FROM DAY ONE.....................MANY HAVE TRIED TO BULLY ME INTO SILENCE...............MANY WILL CONINTUE TO....
EVENTUALLY, THE RUMPER LUMPERS WILL ALL BE PROVEN WRONG.....

You wold take a token for your AMK shares that give you LESS than what you already clearly and directly own with AMK!!!!!!!! Even worse, you dont know how much equity and promote CUnningshams would be taking in the issuance of the hypothetical crypto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why doesnt AMK issue a gold back token, either give proceeds to shareholders or the actual tokens, themselves and keep control of their 20% of TC????????
Have you been drinkin the Cunning-Aid????
