Re:- No matter what happensIts current earnings have exceeded expectations. The reason it couldn't hold on to $14 has nothing to do with the stock. The barrier is the interest rate gap between Reits and Fixed Intruments . You should make your decisions by examing their financials rather than trying to follow day to day price trends.Today PMZ has hit $14 on a difficult trading day. I am guessing that the release of their current earnings and guidance has a lot to do with it.
